Your garments are pressed, packed and shipped right here from the SKWID HQ!

We allow for a processing timeframe of three days to have your garments pressed and allow the DTF print to set before packing and shipping. This means that once an order is placed, it typically takes three business days to prepare the order for dispatch. This timeframe allows for order verification, packaging, and labeling, ensuring that products are shipped accurately and securely.

After the processing period, the delivery timeframe is contingent upon the shipping method selected. We ship your orders through Australia Post. Customers can expect their orders to arrive within three to seven business days. For those requiring expedited delivery, express shipping options are available. 

At present our range is not available for wholesale.

Orders are final, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges for 'change of mind decisions'. However, if your garment has a manufacturer issue then please reach out for a replacement garment to be sent to you. The originally purchased garment is to be returned in original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange for the same item.
